What is the opportunity?

We are currently recruiting Associates for our spring training cycle.   If you are offered a position as an Associate and you decide to join our team, you would receive training, tools and a generous compensation structure that would provide you with everything you needed to get started building and growing your PulseOne business.

What is a PulseOne Associate?

PulseOne Associates are the sales and marketing building blocks of our business.  Starting out as Regional Managers in their local area, Associates receive training and tools to help them develop and grow a book of business for themselves using the PulseOne Service Platform.  Over time, Associates can grow their businesses by recruiting, training and managing other team members in their area, thereby building a regional organization that provides long-term financial stability and income growth.

What if I already have IT services clients?

Great!   Those clients would be integrated into your PulseOne plan and any income you receive from them would be protected and grown as you add your PulseOne capabilities to your current business offerings.

Paul Freeman, our National Director, is leading our recruiting and training program.  You can submit your resume and an introductory letter to him, if you haven’t already, at pfreeman@nullpulseone.com.  He will ask you to fill out our Associate questionnaire and then will schedule time for an initial interview.  If you are selected as an Associate candidate, you would be interviewed by our management team in order to determine if this program would be a good fit for you and to work out the details of your Associate plan.
